MTY Hub Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms govern use of MTY Hub, the business operations application of MTY Collision and MTY Auto Repair (collectively, “MTY”). By using Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hub and contact your MTY administrator.
Authorized access
Hub is for staff and other business users approved by MTY. An invitation or Google sign-in does not independently grant access: your profile must be active and have the permissions needed for the relevant feature. MTY may adjust or revoke access when your responsibilities change or to protect business information and systems.
Use your own account, keep credentials and authentication links confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to contact@mechtoyou.com. Do not share an account or use another person’s credentials.
Permitted use
Use Hub only for authorized MTY business activities. You must not:
- Access, export, or disclose customer, staff, or business information without authorization.
- Bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or interfere with application operation.
- Upload malicious content or use integrations to send spam, unlawful messages, or misleading communications.
- Enter information you do not have authority to use or infringe another person’s rights.
Business records and communications
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the records, files, and messages you submit. Review estimates, repair information, recipients, attachments, translations, and automatically generated content before relying on them or sending them. Document-reading and other automated features can make mistakes and do not replace professional judgment.
Sending email or text messages, submitting documents for signature, or synchronizing records may affect customers and external systems. Perform these actions only within your authority and follow MTY’s business procedures. These terms do not replace a customer’s repair authorization, estimate, warranty, or other separate agreement.
Connected services
Hub relies on third-party services for sign-in, email, messaging, storage, signatures, and other features. Connect only accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to use. Their availability and applicable terms are separate from Hub’s. Disconnecting a service may stop related features.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our privacy policy describes how Hub handles information. Business records may be shared with other authorized users and retained for operational, audit, and legal purposes. Use customer and staff information only for authorized purposes and protect confidential records when downloading or sharing them.
Availability and responsibility
Hub may change or be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or third-party service interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hub is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Report errors and follow MTY’s alternative business procedures when the application is unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, termination, and contact
MTY may update Hub and these terms, with the current version and effective date published here. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Account suspension or termination does not automatically delete business records, audit history, or obligations concerning confidentiality.
