About MTY Hub

MTY Hub is the staff application used by MTY Collision and MTY Auto Repair to coordinate customer requests, vehicles, repair jobs, estimates, appointments, inventory, tasks, and business communications.

Access for authorized staff

Hub access requires an active profile approved by an MTY administrator. Staff can sign in through Clerk, including with a Google account. Google sign-in identifies the person; it does not grant access to Hub business records without the required staff permissions.

Google integrations

Google sign-in uses account identity information to authenticate staff. Separately, authorized business email integrations let staff manage customer communications and send messages from configured mailboxes. Signing in with Google does not by itself connect a personal Gmail inbox.
